Brad Warshaw started his career with Writers and Artists Agency working his way up to a talent agent specializing in TV.  He then moved to CBS working in the network-casting department covering drama pilots, current shows, and movies of the week. Subsequently, recruited by Stephen J Cannell Productions as a Casting Director for the company who’s shows included: “Rockford Files”, “21 Jump Street”, “The Commish”, and  “Hunter.” Later, Brad became an independent casting director and partner in the group McSharry/Warshaw Casting whose offices covered casting for episodic, movies of the week, mini series, and feature films. 

Additionally, McSharry/Warshaw Casting was the exclusive consultant for the USA Networks and its affiliates regarding on-air talent. Branching off into talent management, they began a company representing actors, writers, and directors. Brad joined Sneak Preview Entertainment in 2001, as both a talent manager and in-house casting director.
